In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), MyFi is committed to protecting your data.
1. Data Collection
We collect your name, email, phone number, and general location solely to map community interest and provide service updates. We do not store exact residential street addresses during the pre-registration phase.
2. Data Usage
Your information is used to calculate network rollout priority. By submitting your location, you agree to have a general pin (suburb level) displayed on our public map.
3. Third Parties
We only share your status with the MySA Network to verify your eligibility for discounted member rates. We do not sell your data to external marketing firms.
