1. Pre-Registration Phase
By pre-registering on MyFi, you acknowledge that the service is currently in a rollout phase. Pre-registration is 100% free and does not constitute a binding financial contract until the service is live in your area and you have accepted a formal quote.
2. Month-to-Month Service
All MyFi connections are provided on a month-to-month basis. No long-term fixed contracts are required. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice through your MyFi dashboard.
3. Member & Partner Pricing
The discounted rates of R100 (On-The-Go) and R250 (Home/Business) apply strictly to verified MySA members or supporters of MySA Verified Partners. Standard rates of R150 and R300 apply to all other users.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
While our internet is unlimited, we maintain a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure network stability for all South African users. Illegal activities, including copyright infringement via our network, are strictly prohibited.
